Outdoor Lead • Full-Time

The AntFarm Outdoor Lead engages, supports, and teaches youth good work ethic and skills while performing our Outdoor Services in our YouthCore and CommunityConnect programs. Our outdoor work includes landscaping, trail clearing, tree/shrub trimming, spreading gravel and mulch, window cleaning, splitting wood, and so much more. Serving our community members, supporting service-learning youth, and developing our workforce are the most important tasks. $20-$24 per hour depending on experience.

Through our grant for this program we work with youth ages 14-24. Youth 14-24yo get job readiness support: resume building, interview skills and prep, applying for jobs, and more! Possibility of internship placement, especially in the Healthcare and Construction sectors.
