Life Skills Coach • Full-Time
The Life Skills Coach plays a vital role in supporting youth and adults experiencing homelessness, helping them build stability, confidence, and essential life skills. This position provides mentorship, encouragement, and guidance in a safe and welcoming environment. By fostering independence and connection, the Coach empowers individuals to navigate daily challenges, develop important life skills, and work toward long-term housing and personal goals. $18/hour.
Barista • Part-Time
The Barista implements all activities in the AntFarm Café and Bakery including making coffee and drinks, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining an organized and clean space, and serving food. The Barista also acts as a resource navigator—helping connect customers to AntFarm programs and services—and is trained on select support functions from the Café Manager role to promote smooth operations and strong team collaboration.
Youth Peer Support • Full-Time & Part-Time
Youth Peer Support provides guidance and understanding to youth by sharing similar life experiences. This role is built on trust, mutual respect, shared understanding, and empowerment. Working from AntFarm YouthHubs, Youth Peer Support staff assist programs such as Youth Services, Homeless Services, and Nuevo Futuro. These are multicultural positions filled by individuals with lived experience, actively supporting prevention, recovery, and youth engagement.
Cafe Manager • Full-Time & Part-Time
The Café & Bakery Assistant Manager develops, leads, and manages the AntFarm Café and Bakery to ensure the delivery of high-quality food and drink, a welcoming and professional atmosphere, and meaningful youth training opportunities. The Café also functions as a visible community hub and resource center—particularly for housing services—and serves as the face of AntFarm for many guests and community members. $52,000-$60,320 depending on experience. Community Work Program • Youth work experience for ages 14-24
Through our grant for this program we work with youth ages 14-24. Youth 14-24yo get job readiness support: resume building, interview skills and prep, applying for jobs, and more!
