Planning: Setting strategic goal to bring your business to the next level.
Marketing: How to attract more customers and promote your business.
Finance: How much working capital(cash) do you need and what are your bookkeeping, accounting, cash flow and tax needs.
Management: How to manage the day-to day details of running the business.
Program included one-on-one business advising at no charge.
