Saving Grace • September 11 – October 10, 2009
One of the funniest comedies we have ever produced. Mistaken identity, romance gone awry, and a telephone repairman. But…is he a cat burglar? Who wins Grace’s heart? Will her sister ever survive the madcap mixups that create an evening of chaos and delightful confusion?
The Best Christmas Pageant Ever • November 20 – December 19, 2009
One of the most popular Christmas plays, produced over and over worldwide. Lots of children, music, singing and festive humor. A Christmas pageant that every parent will identify with. What could go wrong, does go wrong.
Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 • January 22 – February 20, 2010
The Stage Door Slasher brought an end to one musical comedy on Broadway. Now the creative team responsible has gathered in a New York Mansion to try again…and so has the Slasher. In this zany comedy, acclaimed writer John Bishop pulls no punches accomplishing some amazing twists amidst the raucous laughter. A hilarious whodunnit!
A Fate Worse Than Death • March 19 – April 17, 2010
Cassius Carstairs, skilled in the ways of villainy, a dyed-in-the-wool rogue pursues Carlotta Flower, our beautiful young heroine, who is more sinned against than sinning. Surrounded by a cast of characters you would not want to invite home for dinner. This is one of the best melodramas we have ever read.
Crimes of the Heart • May 21 – June 19, 2010
Winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the New York Drama Critics Circle Award. “It has heart, wit and a surprisingly zany passion.” The New York Post. This play is the biggest challenge we have ever produced. It is a play of infectious high spirits and humor, yet a tale of a very troubled family (contains mild adult content; should be okay for most teens).
