About the Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce

The Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce Provides:

A New Expanded Office to Better Serve our Membership

As of August 2008, we moved into our location at 38963 Pioneer Blvd. The office includes a good-sized conference room that is available for workshops and meetings during business hours. We also have space with desks and computers that were donated by Mt. Hood Community College for on-site business classes and free public internet access through SandyNet. The front office doubles as a Visitor’s Center for the City of Sandy, and features a beautiful gift shop with work from local artisans and free information about locations throughout the state of Oregon.

Tools to Boost Your Profits

These include statistical data, business directories, seminars and referrals. The Chamber’s active Governmental Affairs Committee keeps you informed on what’s happening in Oregon and Washington, DC, especially on issues that affect business.

Increased Business

By joining and becoming active in the Chamber, your business can achieve increased visibility and profitability. Your business will receive a free alphabetical and categorical listing in the annually updated Sandy Area Chamber of Commerce Business Directory. We also offer advertising opportunities both to the chamber membership and general public.

A Means to Keep Well-Informed

A weekly e-mail, bimonthly newsletter, special interest bulletins, monthly meetings, interesting programs, and timely mailings are provided on subjects vital to your business.

The Collective Strength of Members

Group support of issues affecting economic stability and community livability is an added advantage. At the Chamber, you find progress-minded people, like yourself, who are working for the success of our community.

A Chance to Become Involved and Make Your Voice Heard

The Chamber offers its members the opportunity to have an impact on community issues and activities through their personal involvement with the Chamber’s councils and committees.
