Otto’s Ski and Snowshoe Shop has been in business with the present owner, Andreanne Rode, for 24 years. We specialize in cross country ski sales and rentals, as well snowshoe sales and rentals. The shop carries a wide assortment of apparel, suitable for most outdoor activities.

While the clothing is geared for Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, many of the pieces are great for cold weather running, cycling, hiking. The wide variety of hats, Gloves and socks makes Otto’s and ideal place to shop for gifts for the outdoor person. Gifts certificate are available.

The employees of Otto’s know Mt Hood’s ski and snowshoe trails well. We stay informed as to weather conditions and snow depth throughout the ski season. In addition all employees are familiar with the skis, boots, poles, bindings and snowshoes that we sell and rent. Customer service is a priority at Otto’s.

There are several ways to rent your equipment at the shop. In addition to daily rentals we have a season rental program for children up to and including 15 years old. Your child is fitted with rental gear and you keep it for the entire season and we refit your child as they grow.

Another very popular program at Otto’s is the season demo program. We outfit you in brand new gear, you pay a season demo charge and you can apply the demo charge to the purchase price before the return date.

Maps, books, and many ski accessories are on hand.

Otto’s carries a large selection of sunglasses. We are open year round for our mountain visitors.
